A residential workshop focusing on Radical Honesty and Playfight

How can we become more aware of our bodies, emotions, boundaries and power? Join us for a five-day residential gathering featuring Radical Honesty and Playfight, facilitated by Tutur and Riba from the Liminals collective.
There will also be time to rest, go for walks, share experiences and take part in an optional volunteer work session supporting Porta Coeli. No previous experience with body-based practices is required, and everyone will be able to choose their own level of participation.
Accommodation and vegan meals will be provided. Contributions towards travel expenses and support with specific accessibility needs are also available.

Jak můžeme lépe vnímat své tělo, emoce, hranice a vlastní sílu? Přidej se k nám na několikadenní workshop zaměřený na Radical Honesty a Playfight, který povedou Tutur a Riba z kolektivu Liminals.
Bude dost času i na odpočinek, procházky, sdílení zkušeností a dobrovolnou brigádu na podporu Porta Coeli. Předchozí zkušenost s tělesně zaměřenými metodami není potřeba.
Ubytování a veganská strava jsou zajištěny. Je možné požádat také o příspěvek na dopravu nebo podporu spojenou se specifickými potřebami.
